| Wearing Ihram cloths is the first day for Hajj or Umrah, this means the intention in getting into the reclusion in its time, for umrah at any time during the whole year, and for Hajj during Hajj months: Shawal, Zul Qaedah, and the first ten days of Zul Hijjah. The basic elements of Hajj or Umrah start by wearing Ihram cloths from the specified starting point. If those who intend to perform Hajj or Umrah arrive at the specified starting pointing by land, it is preferred that they have to wash themselves (Ghosul), and to apply some perfume if that is possible, otherwise no problem for him if he does not wash himself. Then he has to wear the two pieces of Ihram white and neat cloths. And the woman has no legally prescribed cloths for Ihram, so she has to wear what covers completely the parts of her body with cloths of any colour without showing any adornment or cosmetics. | |

If the cover touches her face no harm about that.
- After washing the man has to add some perfume to his body, only, from available perfume. AND HE HAS Not TO put PERFUME ON THE IHRAM CLOTHS. And women has to put perfume provide that is fragrance will be odorless.
- After finishing this stage he has to enter into the kind of reclusion which he wants to perform which he must name at time of wearing Ihram Cloths. If he intends to enter into reclusion it means that he is in it even if he did not talk about it. And if he makes the intention for Ihram after the regular prayers (Fareedah), that will be good. And if that was not ample time for "Fareedah" and he supplicates twice with the intention of ablution Sunnah, also there is no harm about it. If he is performing Hajj or Umrah on behalf of another person he has to intend for Hajj on his behalf, saying: Labiak (Aceeding to you) no partner with you O'Lord on behalf of or in favor of the person he meant to perform on his behalf".
The feature of acceding (Al-Talbiyah): "Allah-huma Labaik--- Labaik La-Sharik Laka, Labaik Ennal-Hamdah WalNeemata Laaka Wal Mulk". La Sharikah Laka. The time acceding for (Talbiyah), for Umrah rite from the time of dressing Ihram Cloths till the beginning of Tawaff (Tawaff means (circuit) walking around K'aabah). And during Hajj from wearing Ihram Cloths till he starts throwing stones against the Jumrat Al-Aqabah (The Big Devil).
